Full Hydraulic Water Well Drilling Rig
Vehicle-mounted full hydraulic water well drilling rig that independently has been researched and developed by Hanfa machinery, adopts full hydraulic driving technology for control and transmission system. The drilling rig embodies the design concept of "advanced performance, economy and high efficiency, convenient operation as well as safety and environment protection". The drilling rig has simple structure,convenient in operation with high efficiency, so it can reduce workers’ labor intensity effectively. Air compressor, mud pump, foam pump and lube oiler are integrally installed on the heavy truck meeting fast move-requirement.It is applicable to the exploitation of water resource, mineral resource and also applicable to the exploration and development of shallow cbm,and unconventional oil and gas resource.

The drilling rig is equipped with two sets of independent power units: one set is used for driving system and hydraulic system realizing the functions of pull up, pull down, and top driving. The other set is used for driving air compressor, mud pump and foam pump meeting the requirements of the multiple drilling technologies of the mud, foam, and air drilling processes.

The drilling rig is also equipped with the monitoring and alarm system for power and hydraulic system, it can monitor the running state of drilling rig ensuring the safety while drilling.
