 Introduction
This machine is a double-shaft forced concrete mixer that can mix dry and hard, plastic, fluid, lightweight aggregate and other concrete and various mortars. The drum is equipped with high-manganese wear-resistant cast steel lining plate and several mixing blades. It has the advantages of sturdy and durable, easy to replace, etc. This machine is combined with the batching machine to become various types of mixing stations, suitable for all kinds of large and medium-sized prefabricated parts factories and Construction sites, roads, bridges, airports, tunnels, etc.

1. Double-shaft forced type: The forced concrete mixer can not only stir dry hard concrete, but also stir the lightweight aggregate concrete to make the concrete reach a strong stirring effect and stir evenly.
2. Pneumatic unloading: The unloading door is installed at the bottom of the mixer, and the unloading is realized through the cylinder. As well as the opening and closing position of the unloading, the sealing of the discharge door can be ensured by adjusting the position of the sealing.
3. Long service life: Imported components are used, and the diameter of the mixing drum is less than half of the vertical shaft of the same capacity. Therefore, the blade rotation speed is less than half of the vertical shaft type, so the blade and the lining plate have small wear and long service life.

Structural accessories
Stirring system: The stirring system consists of an electric motor, a pulley, a reducer, an open gear, a mixing drum stirring device, and an oil supply device. The motor is directly connected to the cycloidal pin reducer, and the two output shafts of the reducer are driven by two pairs of open gears to rotate the two horizontally arranged stirring shafts in opposite directions.

 
Feeding system: The feeding system consists of a hoisting mechanism, a feeding frame, a hopper, a feeding nozzle and the like. The brake motor drives the reel to rotate through the reducer, and the wire rope climbs along the loading rack rail through the pulley pulling hopper. When climbing to the preset height, a pair of rollers on the bottom door of the hopper enters the water rail of the loading rack, and the bucket door automatically opens. The material is fed into the mixing drum through the feed nozzle.



Electrical system: The electrical circuit of JS1500 concrete mixer has air switch, fuse, thermal relay, short circuit protection and overload protection. Control buttons and air switch handles and indicators are located on the distribution box door and have a door lock. There is a protective cover on the button.
 



Unloading system: The unloading system consists of a discharge door, a gas pump, a reversing valve, a gas distribution valve, a cylinder, and an electric mechanism. The discharge door is at the bottom of the mixer, and the pneumatic discharge and the opening and closing position of the discharge door are controlled by the cylinder, and the discharge gate can be sealed by adjusting the position of the sealing strip. The JS1500 unloading manual operating lever is used for emergency unloading and cylinder unloading during temporary power failure. It should be removed in order to prevent injury.
