This series of heavy-duty automatic top hammer surface blast hole drill rigs developed and manufactured by Hanfa Machinery Co., Ltd. with diesel engine, air compressor and anti-jamming hydraulic control system on board is standard equipped with cabin, automatic drill rod handling system(RHS), heavy-duty tramming motor and chassis oscillation mechanism. The smooth drilling system, dual tramming speed and cross terrain adaptability make this series of rigs suitable for any complicated rock drilling applications. These rigs equipped with two stages dust collector is environmental friendly and widely used in various construction and mining applications. High efficiency, energy saving, environment friendly and many safety features also make these rigs highly recommended for green mining and global market.

The main features

Designed for medium or small hole size with high penetration rate and low fuel consumption.

High efficiency

The rigs can drill multiple holes with just one time positioning and can cope with any kind of virgin landscapes with its’ flexible boom and cross terrain adaptability. The penetration rate is 50% faster than a down the hole rig with hole diameter less than 115 mm within 15 meter depth and with normal and stable rock condition.

Energy saving

The rigs are equipped with Hanfa own designed HF104 hydraulic drifter (Hydraulic pressure up to 23Mpa, percussion power at 20KW). The advantageous functions such as precise boom positioning, automatic rod handling, high drilling speed and fast tramming speed make this rig operation cost per drill meter to be unparalleled competitive.

Environmental awareness

Standard two stage (optional water mist system) dust collector makes this series of rigs environment friendly. 

Safety

The track oscillation features make the rig center of gravity more stable while climbing up and down the slopes giving the tracks superior traction. Less equipment and workers are required. The rod CAROUSEL and cab (Rops & Fops) protect operation personnel from accident.

Product Features

1.The control combination of Cylinder, wire rope and pipe & hose reels can provide a feeding system of adjustable feeding force and lifting speed according to requirement.
2.Parts label:Marked and labeled at both ends of hoses & pipes and electrical wires & cables with ring labels and same part numbers in the parts manual for easier maintenance.
3.Extendable boom:Sturdy and strong boom and beam guarantee more precise and stable drilling for wider drilling coverage.
4.Rod gripping and positioning system:Long guides and positioning device with floating dust suction hood assure vertical drilling and dust collecting effectiveness.
5.Hydraulic drifter:The drill rig and hydraulic drifter system pressure can reach as high as 23Mpa with the hydraulic pump pack producing percussion power at 20KW and percussion frequency at 60Hz.
6.Dust collecting system:Standard two stage dust collector (optional water mist system) with outstanding performance,technical advanced and industry leading.
