Products Description
HFDL3-b is a long-hole production drill rig designed for underground mining drifts with cross-sections ranging from 3.5 × 3.5 m to 5 × 4.7 m. It is capable of drilling vertical or inclined fan patterns, as well as single or parallel longholes of 64–102 mm in diameter and up to 17 m deep. Equipped with a high-performance hydraulic rock drill and boom-mounted drilling unit, DL3-b offers a sustainable high-precision solution for long-hole drilling. Increased automation lets you add the functionality you need to this versatile drill rig.
Features and benefits
1.Safety An open canopy or optional enclosed cabin, both certified to FOPS and ROPS standards, providing robust protection for operators. Additionally, our machines are equipped with SAHR (Spring Applied Hydraulic Release) braking systems and emergency stop buttons, ensuring rapid response to any safety hazards. DL3-b rig is equipped with automatic anti-jamming and dual damping systems to protect drilling tools and extend their lifespan. 2.Boom-mounted Drilling Unit The boom-mounted configuration makes for excellent flexibility while the automation features bring optimization opportunities. Multiple drilling configurations are available to suit a variety of geological conditions. Equipped with a standard 18KW rock drill, an optional 22KW or 25KW rock drill is available, providing fast and economical drilling speeds of 0.5–3 m/min 3.Telescopic Boom Composed of the boom, telescopic cylinder, and swing cylinders, the boom allows ±180° rotation and pitching, enabling quick positioning. The telescopic boom expands the working range, allowing multiple holes to be drilled in one stop and adapting to tunnels of different sizes. 4.Hands-free Rod Handling System Drill rods of 915/1220/1525 mm lengths are available. The carousel capacity for rod is 14+1pcs, enabling fully automatic rod handling. 5.Environmental Adaptability To handle harsh conditions such as cold and high altitudes, We offers optional low-temperature configurations to ensure stable operation. These include an enclosed cabin (with optional air conditioning and heating), a fuel preheating system, cold-resistant hydraulic hoses and seals, a reinforced starter system, and heating for key components such as the water and hydraulic oil tanks, ensuring reliable performance even at -40°C. 6.Ease of Maintenance Compact and reasonable structure allows all daily maintenance to be performed from the ground, saving time and labor. The console is equipped with pressure gauges for the hydraulic system, water, and air. A display screen provides real-time monitoring of status and features a self-diagnostic function for easy maintenance and troubleshooting.
