In addition, a reversing alarm system is installed to further enhance operational safety during tramming and maneuvering. 2.Cable Bolting System Equipped with a new-generation cable bolting head, this powerful bolting equipment enables integrated operations of automatic cable feeding, bending, and cutting, significantly reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency and accuracy. The cable roll has a storage capacity of up to 775 m of bolting cable with a diameter of 15.2 mm. A basket-type working platform is equipped with this cable bolting drill rig, providing operators with a convenient and safe space for cable bolting. 3.Grouting System This rock reinforcement drill rig is equipped with a high-power hydraulic plunger pump and an upgraded grouting system, achieving a grouting speed of up to 0.45 m³/h. The mining cable bolter also features automatic grouting, hose feeding, and hose retracting functions. The bolting machine has a cement silo with a dry cement capacity of 210 L. This design significantly enhances grouting efficiency and construction quality. In addition, the system is equipped with a screw-type air compressor to ensure sufficient air pressure, reliable ground support and long-term stability. 4.Chassis MS4 underground cable bolter features fully enclosed wet axles, enhancing safety and efficient braking. Its 89kW diesel engine, articulated chassis, and four-wheel drive ensure excellent maneuverability, superior traction, and stability in rugged underground conditions.
