The HFWJ-1.5A Underground LHD is a high-efficiency 1.5 m³ Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) loader designed for medium-sized underground mines, tunneling projects, and challenging rock conditions. Built for heavy-duty applications, it offers outstanding loading capacity, excellent adaptability, and proven reliability. Equipped with a high-performance domestically developed powertrain, it is ideal for ore loading, muck hauling, and continuous operation in confined underground drifts. The HFWJ-1.5A helps improve productivity while maintaining high standards of operational safety in demanding underground environments.

1. Power system: Equipped with YTO turbocharged diesel engine or CUMMINS engine, , the torque reserve islarge, the power output is stable and strong, which is suitable for high-load operation in the underground.

2.Mining-Optimized Powertrain: Shantul torque converter 4F/2R fixed-axis transmission * mult-disc wetbrake axle, max. traction force exceeding B0kN in first gear, with bucket loading cycle tme s6.5s, and theworking efficiency is significantly improved.

3. Reinforced Chassis Architecture: Q345B manganese steel plates form a monolthic welded structure,Sel-ubricating bearings at critical articulation points reduce maintenance frequency by 60%, 25mm-thickundercarriage armor plates provide 40% improvement in impact resistance.

4. Fully enclosed ROPS/FOPS certifed cabin, equipped with enhanced crash bars and impact resistantchassis, ensuring stability and durability in harsh environments.
