Products Description
HFDD1 is a single-boom, low-profile face drilling rig designed for narrow drifts with cross sections of 2x2-5x4.5 m. The compact design allows for a turning radius of only 2.85 m, making it ideal for rapid drilling in small drifts. It adopts a CAN Bus control system, with optional remote control operation, offering operators user-friendliness and excellent performance. The DD1 delivers seamless operation and productivity for modern mining operations.

1.FOPS & ROPS Safety Canopy
Given the inherent risks associated with drilling operations, such as falling rocks, equipment rollover, it is crucial to ensure the safety of operators. Our addresses these concerns by equipping our product drilling rigs with canopy certified for FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure), providing robust protection for operators.
2.Compact Design
DD1 drill jumbo features a centrally articulated chassis and four-wheel drive. With a compact design, an overall height of only 1.85 m, and a minimum turning radius of only 2.85 m, it offers high efficiency and agile maneuverability in narrow vein mining.
3.CAN Bus Control System
The CAN Bus Control System includes multi-function control handle and LCD display, which can monitor the rock drilling system, hydraulic system,water system,engine running conditions, etc.
4.Remote Control (Optional)
Optional remote control is available for better maneuverability in low-profile drifts or narrow vein stopes. The dual-mode system allows seamless switching between the onboard console and remote control, ensuring efficiency and safety.
