Through the pressure sensor, the permanent magnet variable frequency screw ar compressor senses the actual pressure and air consumption in the system intime, and changes the speed of the alr compressor through the precise contro of the lectricaland frequency converter, so as to adiust the system pressure toachieve the on-demand output of comoressed air; when the air consumption of the system s reduced, the ar compressor reduces the speed to reduce theoutput of compressed air, and vice versa, the motor speed is increased to increase the amount of compressed air to maintain a stable system pressure.
Characteristics
1. Stable discharged pressure
The stepless adiustment characteristtcs of the inverter used by the permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor can achieve high-sped adjustment and controlof the pressure through the intemal adjustment of the controler or the inverter. Compared with the upper imit swtch controlof power frequency air compressor operation, the air pressure stability is exponentially improved.
2. Start without impact
Since the inverter itsel is a sot start device, the maximum starting curent is about twice the rated ourent, and compared with the power frequency start -up isgeneraly more than 6 times the rated curen, the starting impact is very smal. This impact is not only on the power grid, but HFo on the entire mecharical system, which can be greatly reduced.
3. More energy saving
The inverter adusts motor speed in real tme according to the actual ar consumption, and the ar compressor can be automaticaly dormant when the ari consumption is low, which greatly reduces the loss of energy.
4. Low noise
Since the operating frequency is less than the power frequency during stable operation, the mechanical noise is reduced and the mechanical wear is smal; Thecapacity requirement of the air tank is small.
